Refund Policy

At narjs alhaya Event Management, we care about customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best experience possible. If you wish to cancel your booking or request a refund, please refer to the following refund policy:

• Within the first 24 hours of payment: You are entitled to a 70% refund of the paid amount.

• Between 24 and 72 hours of payment: You are entitled to a 50% refund.

• After 72 hours of payment: No refund will be issued.

Please note that any bank fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
